People laugh when they see photos of us on facebook. The reason is because most of the photos are of us together.

When you visit our individual profiles and click “View Photos of Person”; you’ll see about 70 pictures of just us.

I remember the shock on my sisters face the first time she saw all of the pictures. To say she was surprised was putting it mildly.

Was I some sort of obsessed lonely girl that had a fascination with photos? Of course not!

When we first started our relationship I knew that he was going to be moving in a few months so I was stocking up on pictures. Anywhere we went, anything we did, I took a picture. What if we were just sitting on the couch? I have pictures of that too. By the time he left I had tons of pictures to put in a nice album for him. I also made one for myself. It helped pass the time when I got a little sad or lonesome. I’d just pop open the book or log onto facebook and look at all the good times we had together.

And the photos didn’t stop there, when we visited each other I made sure to take more pictures. Now that we are together again the flow of pictures has all but ceased, but I am going to start snapping again. Who knows how much we’ll value those memories 20 years down the line.
