I've been in a long distance relationship for over a year now, and what we usually do when we find the conversation getting dry is, we play the 'question game'.

We each come up with random questions that the other has to answer. They can be stupid, or serious or romantic or whatever, but it usually gets the conversation flowing again. And a lot of the time it opens up a conversation that we might have wanted to talk about but weren't sure how to bring up before.

Relationship is a two way commitment between partners. In a relationship, there are many trials and challenges to face. One of it is some misunderstandings. The most important thing to do is to hold on and be patient. Do not let your pride over power you. There are so many ways that can make a relationship work good. I've been through this.

I have recently posted my thoughts about this here: <a href="http://373-tips.net/savemymarriage/saving-your-marriage-before-it-starts-failing-working-together-to-make-it-last/">saving your marriage before it starts failing</a>

Thanks,
Jessica

I have been in a long distance relationship for nearly 18-months now and I must say that I have enjoyed it very much. My girlfriend and I are now in this stage where we are moving into more serious plans for our future. For the first several months, we spent much time on the phone getting to know each other and falling in love and such. After meeting in person in August of last year, our perspectives changed. It was at that point that we started to discover that we truly did want more out of our relationship and we have been working earnestly on getting closer to each other demographically and we plan to have met that goal by the end of this year.

While every day is different, for the most part, she and I something to discuss all of the time when we talk on the phone since it is a our main form of communication right now. We both live busy lives, so it is rare that our conversations are boring. The way I see it, is if you do not have anything to talk at the end of the day, then you really need to do something with yourself so that you can have something to share with your significant other.
