Long Distance Valentines Day Ideas
Valentines Day will be here before you know it. Wow, it seems like Christmas was just here and I was giving gift idea suggestions for that. The ideas I gave for Christmas gifts would certainly still apply to valentines day, but I’ll give a few more suggestions.
If money is tight, but you still want to get something nice. The You Are My World Coffee Cup and Keyring is a nice idea that won’t break the bank. The reason I really like this for long distance relationships is because of the heart shaped globe. I think that’s cute. You can buy them together, or separately. The keyring is only $7.95 by itself.
Another cute idea is this photo pillow and afghan. If you are on a budget, then you might want to pass on this. It’s of the highest quality because it’s not screen printed. The pillow and afghan are actually knitted. It comes in two sizes and since it’s in black and white I think it’s romantic. It’s a good idea for those lonely nights when all you want to do is cuddle with your loved one.
If you really want to go romantic then try something handmade. Last year I wrote letters to my (future) husband practically every day. When Valentines day came around I had them all printed in a book and that’s what I gave him. Some other ideas include writing a poem and framing it, making a themed scrapbook, or making a collage.
